IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED / FAULTY OR IS THE WRONG ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US THROUHG EBAY MESSAGES AND WE WILL RECTIFY. WE WILL SEND A PREPAID RETURN LABEL OR ARRANGE COLLECTION.WE CAN THEN REFUND OR REPLACE WHAT EVER IS BEST FOR YOU.
We always attempt to be as accurate and honest as possible in our listings and your item should arrive as described. Because we take great pride in our service and positive feedback is important to us, we would never knowingly undertake a transaction whereby the customer is given the wrong or incorrect information.
On the rare occasion this happens, it is human error and we would ask our customers to please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback so we can resolve the issue. (Please allow up to 24HRS for us to respond). Solving problems, answering questions and dealing with customer concerns is all part of our service.
In the case of product defect or damage upon arrival, or wrong product shipped, again please contact us immediately. Customers are fully protected with our returns policy which states that we will collect the item using our courier or send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Please note that returns are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery, so any issues must be reported to us within that time. Customers wishing to return their item (but it is not deemed faulty or incorrect) can do so within the same 30 day time scale from delivery but at the customers expense. Please contact us before proceeding to return your item.
